The majority of casinos are operating with offshore licensing which is always risky to play at from European countries. And lack of regulatory authority or help if you run into problems. It's the small print of their T&C which I want to point out 😉 licensed casinos by Malta and UK Gambling Commission are more secured and better regulated global

They are not displaying any regulatory authority logos that are available to check out their license verification or any license number. As there's a live chat support I've been asking about their license information which they answered me to send an email to ask for this info. This is a typical answer you get to avoid the question and a major red flag that the Company platform is not licensed or regulated by any regulatory authority. So be careful playing here. Upon further digging there are reports of the Website is hijacking ratings by posting fake reviews...

I received a bonus and was playing normally when, mid-game, it was withdrawn from my account. Approximately $200 disappeared, and I didn't understand why. I contacted customer service via chat to find out what had happened, but they told me there was no problem. Following this experience, I will no longer use Dice Palace. I advise everyone to do their research before depositing money. I was left frustrated and disappointed.
