The casino is good but the customer support is the worst I have ever faced. I reached out to them with a request because I have been playing fortune for a while and I kindly asked if they could offer me something for my loyalty. They could have just said no but instead they replied as if I was a greedy person that I am not anyone to ask me anything. I feel like this is super rude and they could have told me no in a nice way
