5 years ago, I was kinda new to online casinos world and I was unfamiliar with verification procedure, I found this casino and I found a free bonus for new players, so I gave it a try and I won 500$, then I requested payout, and here the story starts, as I mentioned earlier That I was new to online casinos world and I was unfamiliar with verification procedure and when I signed up I entered the area name and city only for my own privacy and I thought the address won't make a difference, when I requested payout they called me to confirm my date, all was fine except of the incomplete address however I told them in phone call the complete address, what happened next, they considered me a fraud and made me equal to the fraudsters and voided all my winnings and set my balance to 0, they didn't make things to me that I needed to edit the address into correct way nor requested any verification documents, just voided my winnings and took them from me, when I contacted the support team they were making every possible excuse to not to pay me my winnings and when things were escalated it resulted to closing my account and prevented me to play at their casino and any other partner casino under their group of casinos

I must say that this casino does not have a welcome bonus. I like to use it so as not to put my money at risk and that seems an inconvenience to me

At the moment they do not have welcome bonus without deposit for new customers, however I registered to contact customer service to see if I could use a code that expired yesterday and although they refused I can say that in the chat they were nice and they responded quickly, I like to test the casino risk-free before depositing so I'll wait for the next bonus

I See my original review was removed. I won with a no deposit bonus here many years ago but when I tried to withdraw Club World said I was multi accounting, going so far as to provide the acount names of these alleged accounts. I never made any account but one. All that to save $100? C'mon guys..... think twice about this place
