Wow. I never expected to be treated the way I was at CasinoCasino. I had a complaint about the free spins that you get on a Sunday (being a regular depositor). I won 30 or 35 free spins on the free spins wheel which I have never gotten before so obviously I was super excited. I went to the game that was set for the free spins and it kept freezing on me. The support lady was very helpful in trying to sort out the issue until she told me that they would email me about the issue. I came back online many hours later, logged into my account to find my balance sitting at 20 ZAR. Now for the record, 20 ZAR is nothing. It's just over $1. I went back to the live support and asked them what this 20 ZAR was for. I was told that it is what the value of my free spins came to. Now considering that the wager per spin on my 30 or 35 free spins was if I’m not mistaken, 1 or 1.50 ZAR, I found this to be totally unfair as the 30 odd spins could have gotten me hundreds of ZAR. So I complained about it (in a nice way). I was told very shortly and abruptly that this is just what it is, in other words "take it or leave it". Is this how they treat all loyal customers? I told them that I'm unhappy with the service and said that I would close my account with them to show I was serious. Without any compensation (and even cancelled out my 10% cash back which I had not redeemed) they concluded by closing my account without any apology or spec of decency. All they had to do was divert my free spins to another slot but they would rather lose a customer. We the customers are the ones who make these people rich and that's the thanks we get? I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS CASINO. They treat people like garbage.
