Gambling Addiction
I wrote to this casino via customer support on November 22nd, 2023 and they should block my account because of gambling addiction! Nothing was done, then I wrote twice in December and nothing was done here either! In December I wrote again via live chat that they were supposed to block because of gambling addiction and I took a screenshot of it and nothing happened! Then I wrote to Liv-Chat again in February and nothing happened there either! Then I wrote to customer support again and threatened to call a lawyer and that I would report it to the licensor, then it was immediately blocked! During that time I lost over €4100 and now they won't give me my money back! I can prove everything! hands off

I would love to visit this casino to see how "Intense" it is but alas, I cannot. They really have to do more with regards to allowing other countries to join. Really stinks that half the casinos I cannot visit or rate.
