Overall casino is good, easy to make those bonuEs, Good rtp, good games. Only the problem is KYC like with every other casino, the kyc proccess is purposefully long, so you gamble your winning before you can actually withdrawal. My recomendation: 

adrenalinr staff, make your kyc automatically. Automate that proccess like everyother casino. Im still waiting for my kyc, did security deposit, uploaded the ids and pictures right away but still waiting.. really bad waiting time. 

My experiences here with this casino are quite honestly such that at first glance everything looks great, that they have good bonuses and it's just a very profitable casino and a great chance to win, yes I thought so too, but the reality is completely different, it just happened to me that I withdrew money and then I played another deposit, that I deposited money and suddenly 50 euros just disappeared from my account while playing, you just lost it, no one explained it to me!! Then when I took part in the competition for 100 free spins a few days ago and I was among the winners, they simply didn't give me any reward, they simply didn't give me a prize, you try to win the competition and when you win, no one talks to anyone, support, not even the manager, no one, just no one was interested in helping me and this really seems like a big letdown to me, everything that happened, so I say at first glance it looks like a great casino but the reality is completely different!

Man, I've been reading some reviews on here and they're all right. I was just playing and I did the 150 bonus. I still had like 50 bucks in there and right out of nowhere they come and take all of it but $.60 how is that considered even part of a bonus when they remove it during gameplay it should be at the end that's a scam and should be illegal because they're knowingly doing it and have their system rigged to work that way. I've seen some stuff before, but thats just wrong. The worst part is they know it and they keep doing it. I know they say our system. Well, who made the system work that way you guys did I'm gonna file a complaint about this because enough is enough. Leave me with $.60.

I signed up and took 100 free spin bonus, which I neted $40 that had to be turned into $1600 for $50 cash out. That was bad enough then I went to fill out my general profile information for verification. It's funny how they'll let people from the US play, but you can't select the United States under the country list. So I contact support they told me I didn't have to do verification and to skip it and just submit verification deposit. I even reiterated to the guy that I was from the United States. He said it was fine and that after I made my deposit, I could play on it. But just not the $50 for withdrawl. Nor do I have a problem contacting your licensing authority. And also yes, they do take away the deposit bonus right out of nowhere in the middle of gameplay that's pretty fishy right there because they try to leave you almost with nothing so you don't have a chance. I do have verifiable proof of my conversation with your agents and they're deceptive ways

I am failing to understand how a casino can offer a match bonus, in this case 200%, and then scrub the funds from your balance mid game because you have depleted your original deposit amount while gambling. 

Why offer a bonus? what could the purpose of offering the bonus be in such a case other than to bait you into depositing while lowering the payout options for the player. 

Sure, it's in the T&Cs, but it isn't on the mailer and if you play at other online casinos that are not as shady as this, you wouldn't expect it to be practice.

I recently opened up a an account here. With their NO DEPOSIT BONUS. After finishing up all the requirements I went to withdraw and it was canceled.

I proceeded as directed and message support. In which I was informed that the minimum to withdraw was $50, however the site lists the minimum wd $15 dollars. I proceeded as directed and submitted another withdrawal for $50 and again it was canceled.

I went back and asked them what was going on. They informed me that in order to have my withdrawal processed I would have to deposit a minimum of $15 for what they called a "VERIFICATION DEPOSIT". THEN the system would process it..

All while waiting for support I kept playing and got my balance up to $114 and submitted withdrawal again and again it was canceled however now the 114 was now just 50. So I messaged support and ask them what was going on they said the max cash out was for $50 and which I completely understood. But after all this sketchiness I wasn't willing to deposit the $15 and keep playing.

After reading the TOC it never says anything about anything they told me .

I have had an account here for quite some time though I never have deposited. I mostly play at RTG gaming casinos but was looking for a change. I thought I would give them a try seeing how I already had an account registered with them.

After logging in and researching what I needed to do to be verified. I uploaded all the required documents on site except for the verification of my phone number because I couldn't find a plus 1 for the USA.

So I contacted support through chat. Was given an email address to email said documents in I also wanted to update my email address from the one that I had registered with. So to play it safe I went back and deleted all the documents I uploaded on site and instead uploaded them and emailed them to the support address I was given and as instructed.

After getting all my documents uploaded and sent I get a reply email saying that my registered email was not in their system and that there was no such account in their system. Im thinking are you kidding me. I just got done logging in with said email. Went back logged in again with said email opened a chat session with a differant support person than the one who instructed me to email my documents in. After explaining what happened ,i was told by this chat agent that said email was not their system and that no such account existed.Give me a freaking break how the hell did I just log in with it if there's no such email registered in your system. The support agent just closed the chat session on me without explanation.

By this time I'm really concerned cuz I just sent in all of my documents photo front and back of my debit card my ID my most recent power and water bill.. so I logged in one last time went to my account which was listed with said email address my name everything all my information on there screenshot it went to chat uploaded and sent it to them. Said what's this if no account exist. Said that I no longer wanted to patronize their casino and closed the chat window with no further due.

I then uploaded screenshot and sent an email to the support address that first replied no such account existed after after getting all my documents I stressed my concern over the safety of the documents that I sent and that I would be watching closely and I would be documenting my experience in the surveys that I am now beginning to write

It looks to me like all they was interested in was getting my documents and then tell me there was no such account despite proving them wrong. Be warned this place is shady as hell and I regret even thinking about depositing there now let alone send my documents in ..

So this is the only casino I've got a lifetime net win from, but I absolutely would not recommend anyone to attempt to deposit with them. 

I frequent Limitless, Extreme, Yabby, Pacific Spins, Brango, and Bonusblitz and Adrenaline is somehow linked so I tried to get established with them. 

The initial sign-up and welcome was an average experience, even with the bonus being tiny and the website complicated to navigate. They list a first deposit bonus that was worth trying. Unfortunately, you can't click on anything to activate the code. When I manually enter the code it just says it was not activated. I decided to try again another day. 

Well, my email was saturated with sign-up ads almost immediately after signing up with Adrenaline. Unfortunately, it was an invitation to sign up with Adrenaline. I was getting like 5: an hour all day long. It was advertising the welcome package I could not get to work. I kept trying to unsubscribe and reported spam on each message. I had a couple hundred emails from them with absolutely none being relevant to my account. Eventually, the emails stopped arriving. 

So then I figured I would try making a deposit and try to attach the code before starting play. I accidentally deposited less than the required amount for the first deposit bonus. Great, I will never again have the chance to use that offer there. So I play with my clean deposit and decide to cashout and take the money somewhere more compatible with me. 

Ballpark numbers, I deposited around $20 and requested around $50. The screen says I must click on the link in the email to confirm the payout. I have no email. I try to send a verification email. I can't get one to go through. I read through the terms, be payout without verifying the email. I try to find chat support. They don't have live chat. I search for a phone number. The phone system is in a foreign language. I emailed support from the email address that I can't get email from. 10 hours later no response. I emailed again with a CC to a second email address I have and requested that they communicate with me via that email to resolve the issue. 

Less than an hour later I got a response from support on the second email with transaction details showing payment was transmitted. Sure enough, it was on the way. I wasn't able to resolve the email spam issue or the inability to receive appropriate emails. I ended up self-excluding in an attempt to make the signup invitations stop. They are going to just keep flooding my inbox and my spam no matter what and they won't send useful emails. 

Yes, I came out ahead in dollar value but I don't expect to return. 

So I did this casino with a 200% match with no rules bonus coupon with a minimum of $30 deposit.  Now to my great surprise as soon as I played through my $30 the bonus that they had added to my account magically disappeared leaving me with zero I still had credits on my account that I had planned on playing so I contacted their customer support and I was pretty much told that's just the way it is I'm screwed and what I like 50 free spins.  I could not recommend this casino at all to anybody because their policy makes no sense how are you supposed to have a bonus if they take it away as soon as you play through what you deposited that to me is a big giant freaking scam and I can't believe they're still in business hopefully this helps somebody.
