⚠️ WARNING – Casinacho (Terdersoft B.V.) Withholding Withdrawal & Impossible Verification Requests

I want to share my full experience with Casinacho to warn other players.

I currently have a 400€ withdrawal pending, and despite providing all requested documents, the casino continues to delay the process with unreasonable and technically impossible demands.

Here are the facts:

🔹 I deposited using a verified credit card (Universo)
🔹 The card was successfully verified and accepted by the casino
🔹 I played normally and requested a withdrawal of 400€

After that, problems started.

The casino requested full verification, which I COMPLETED: ✔️ 3 months of bank statements
✔️ 3 months of credit card statements
✔️ Proof of transactions
✔️ Communication with my payment provider

Despite full cooperation, they keep requesting a “bank statement” for a credit card transaction, which makes no sense.

Important: 👉 Universo is NOT a bank account — it is a credit card provider 👉 Statements are generated ONLY on a fixed billing cycle (15th to 15th) 👉 I already provided the correct official statement covering the transaction

I even contacted Universo support directly, and they confirmed:

They cannot generate custom statements

The document I provided is the only official format available

Still, Casinacho refuses to proceed.

Even worse:

❗ My account has been administratively closed ❗ My funds (400€) are still NOT paid ❗ They continue asking for documents that do not exist

At one point, I also discovered that a deposit transaction was refunded by the merchant (the casino), adding even more confusion to their own records.

This raises serious concerns:

🚩 Unreasonable and impossible KYC requirements
🚩 Deliberate withdrawal delays
🚩 Poor handling of payment verification
🚩 Account closure while funds remain pending
🚩 No clear access to independent dispute resolution (ADR)

I have already:

Contacted support multiple times

Provided all available documentation

Contacted my payment provider

Filed a complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Authority

At this stage, I am considering further action through my payment provider.

⚠️ My advice to other players: Be extremely cautious with Casinacho. Even if you follow all rules and verify your account, you may still face serious issues when trying to withdraw your money.

If the casino decides to resolve this issue, I will update this review.

Until then, I cannot recommend this platform.
