BetMaximus Review

My deposit and gameplay at BetMaximus went smoothly. However, I'm having difficulties with the withdrawal.

I originally deposited using Skrill (credit card), but this method wasn't available for withdrawals. Therefore, I had to switch to bank transfer and submit additional documents.

The verification process was cumbersome. The finance department's responses were inconsistent; they seemed like copy-and-pasted text.

My payout is still in "pending" status, even though the stated processing time of 1-5 working days has been reached or exceeded.

I find it particularly unprofessional that the live chat states it has no direct contact with the finance department. This means that you only receive standard answers from support and no concrete information about the status of your payout.

There are definitely other online casinos where payouts are processed much faster and where support and finance departments work together in a better coordinated manner.

I still hope that my payout will be processed correctly and would adjust my rating accordingly if the process is successful.

They paid me ONCE. Yes once but unfortunately I had to get a new card because of the card I was using got messed up. But long story short I used a different card, try to withdrawal another time and then suddenly they need more Verification which I guess is understandable new card and all but after sending in the required documentation.. THEY GHOSTED ME. Then after trying my hardest to get in touch with support, sending emails, and hoping they would let me withdrawal again, I have never heard back from them and they continue to not respond. It's sister site GOLDWIN was the same way. One withdrawal. Then nothing from them no corresponding emails or messages in chat. Them too left me in the wind to try wonder if they will ever let me play again. But jokes on them because they upped their minimum withdrawal which mind you is now TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NOT ONE HUNDRED.

Seent the reviews after I deposited but after getting a withdrawl one time that's how they got me. The buggars.. I am not happy with the amount of $ i put into GOLDWIN and BETMAXIMUS. CROOKSS

I have no objections to this site, it looks completely normal to me, thanks for the bonuses.
