I played on This Is Vegas Casino and managed to build my balance up to $600 after hours of play. When I finally finished the playthrough requirements, the casino snatched all my winnings. After nearly 3 hours of effort, I wasn’t even able to cash out. This experience is beyond disappointing. It feels like a scam designed to waste players’ time and rob them of their hard-earned winnings. The lack of transparency and fairness is unacceptable. After leaving a negative review about not being paid my withdrawal the next day it finally happened. I really enjoyed this casino until it took them a month to pay out 50 bucks. Since they did finally pay me i will give them another chance. Hopefully it goes better this time!
Been waiting on my withdrawal for over a month now!! I decided to stop depositing until my withdrawal went through just in case and my Bad feeling was absolutly right! I contacted live chat several times about it only to get the run around a bunch. Finally i got irritated and told them i wasnt depositing anymore until i knew i could withdrawal for sure and they just started ignoring me. Do not give them your money!!

We are sorry for the bad taste and the fraustration the player must encountered, HOWEVER, lets please put things in place:
1. The reason the player is not able to withdraw is not "just because no" - it is for our terms and conditions which are very clear as for the maximum withdrawal a player is allowed to request when playing with a free welcome bonus, which is 50 max , see condition (see also on the site):
8. Free bonuses (Comps, Free Chips, converted Comp Points or any other non-deposit bonuses) are playable bonuses awarded to players so they may play free of charge. Free bonuses have a different wagering requirement than other bonuses, and have a fixed withdrawal limit of no more than 50 Credits (50 $,€,£,AUD, or 500 ZAR). Any remaining or extra balance is 'Non-Withdrawable' and is to be cleared from a player's balance. Each player is allowed to withdraw winnings from a free bonus only once during his/her gaming lifetime unless specifically approved by the casino manager.
2. Unfortunatly the player is also NOT eligible to make a withdrawl as withdrawals from free welcome chips (as in free gifts recieved before first deposit is made), are only possible within the first 30 days from account registration date and only if its a win from a free chip granted withing the first 3 free welcome chips given. also stated on our terms and conditions. Unfortunatly the player is not meeting either of the conditions: The player played over 50 free chips so far as well as account registration date with us, was on 2024, which makes it longer than 30 days already.

In conclusion - everything was made according to out t&c and this complaint just seems like an attempt to blacken our name for no reason.
We would like to ask the FORUM managers to take action and delete this complaint, as it is not a complaint but an attempt to spread wrong information. (specially when all is in the t&c)
