Do not waste your time or money. I've played at this site for over 3 months my wife has also. I won and they would never get back with me on the win. Then today my wife won on her own device we use separate and pay separate. She won and they decided to just close both of our Accounts claiming they are duplicates. Once we explained they are separate they just closed them anyways claiming only 1 amount per house hold. That's bs and they are the only online site to do that. Every other site just has to verify your identity. They just look for any excuse to not pay. We both been playing here for months and t this was never an inside until we both were going to Hv a withdraw. That's an obvious rip off and scam then

Worst experience with any online casino EVER! I have dealt with many online casinos and have never had any issues until recently when dealing with JacksPay. I deposited around $30 in Bitcoin after winning $100 on a promo. Well, the deposit hasn't gone to my JacksPay account yet (going on 48 hrs) and no word on my withdrawal...so called customer support via chat AND email have been silent....seems like a scam of a casino to me so far...will update if anything happens
