I have never had so much trouble trying to withdraw winnings from any casino ever! They have so many hoops to jump through and keep coming up with different verifications after you already met the original verification requirements, it's honestly giving major scam vibes, they tell you to submit the new verification documents and then wait a day or more, and then come up with another document they need to verify AND request you change your withdrawal method- and cancel your withdrawal request to complete the new method which, of course, has a $35 fee. I made the deposit to be a contributing player and all of my information is available and legitimate- I am a real person- with a real job- so I dont have time for bs scammers like 'cryptopalace'

Haven't attempted to withdraw but ive read in other reviews that a deposit must be made before withdrawing for the first time if its from a free bonus so that is one negative aspect imo but if that doesn't bother you then give it a go

It's been 11 days since I requested payment and still nothing. So I contacted support and was told "the team will look into it soon".
Support also added that if I wanted to withdraw I would need to deposit $25 and stake that amount for "verification".
Honestly, I doubt they will accept my $300 winnings.
