They paid me ONCE. Yes once but unfortunately I had to get a new card because of the card I was using got messed up. But long story short I used a different card, try to withdrawal another time and then suddenly they need more Verification which I guess is understandable new card and all but after sending in the required documentation.. THEY GHOSTED ME. Then after trying my hardest to get in touch with support, sending emails, and hoping they would let me withdrawal again, I have never heard back from them and they continue to not respond. It's sister site GOLDWIN was the same way. One withdrawal. Then nothing from them no corresponding emails or messages in chat. Them too left me in the wind to try wonder if they will ever let me play again. But jokes on them because they upped their minimum withdrawal which mind you is now TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NOT ONE HUNDRED.
