Is it safe to give wallet address to live chat support?

And is it right for them to ask for it after inquiring about a withdrawal request previously filled out and sent to the finance department?

It should be safe, the chat is assigned to the main page of this portal, there should be no problems, but it is better to be sure

I believe the wallet address can be securely shared with anyone you wish to receive a withdrawal from. no one can steal your digital assets, your secret code password by only knowing the public address of your wallet.

They usually ask you for an extract of the account statement where you can see the movements and they tell you to cover part of the digits of the card or wallet.

In my experience, none of the casinos I play in have misused my information.

Yes, you can give them the wallet address and transaction hash. But don't give them the seedphrase as they can take over your wallet. and never give anybody the seedphrase too if you don't want to lose all your crypto.
