I successfully claimed one of the bonuses you guys posted and I submitted my feedback with proof but it was denied.

SuspendedMake sure your feedback is regarding that particular bonus redemption - to the point and simple. Must follow guidelines when giving feedback, adding photos/attachments etc. Stay relative. Best of luck with your next feedback submission.
