Thanks for reaching out. So, here's the deal: some of the bonuses in our shop are manual bonuses, which means they have to be approved by the casino manager. That might take a bit longer. They have some requirements you need to meet in order to activate the bonus. Before buying a bonus, it's a good idea to check the casino's Terms and Conditions to make sure you're eligible to use it. I think I've got an alternative answer here. Make sure you check your email for the bonus and or email from Chipy. Also, make sure you have access to the email address you used for registration.

Dont worry Chipy team will find you if you will have placed an order if you have followed all T&C. Have you checked that your level is accordance with shop items? Its very necessary e.g you placed an order of $100 but your level is 4 then in this case you will not be eligible.
