Now, each review’s impact depends on how recent it is — reviews from the last 36 months carry full weight, those from 3–5 years ago count a bit less, and anything older than 5 years no longer affects the score. Plus, since our new system uses a time-weighted average, if you once had a bad experience but later gave the casino another shot and it improved, your updated review will have a greater impact on the final score than the older one.
