This casino is not regulated.
Xbagh claims to have an Anjouan license, but this cannot be fully verified, and it also lacks any reputable seals or certifications, such as those from the MGA or UKGC. Therefore, anyone who chooses to use this casino has little to no legal protection in case of a dispute or fraud. Various forums, such as Trustpilot, have warned against depositing money at this casino, and it is best to take precautions.

Hello, Zeiser!
We are licensed by Anjouan. Information regarding this is published on our website, and we have the supporting documentation. We do not engage in fraudulent activities. If a customer experiences any issues depositing or withdrawing funds, they can contact our support team: our specialists will register the request and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Regarding reviews about us on Trustpilot, there is only one customer review on our official account, and it is not negative.
Sincerely,
Xbagh.
@XbaghCasino Hi, how are you?
I truly appreciate your response, but minimizing community alerts as "a single review" does not change the operational reality of Xbagh and its twin platform, Bagh Live.
The high risk is fully argued in different forums by users who face account blocks and fund holds when trying to withdraw, and although it operates under the Anjouan license, we know that this regulation provides zero protection to players.
She tells me they only have one review.
on their official account, okay...
Casino Guru is a well-known forum in the industry, where there is a public complaint about a user having 93,000 BDT frozen, and it appears as unresolved on the forum.
The AskGamblers forum, in its technical discussion threads and warning lists, has reported that the ecosystem used by Xbagh consists of predatory terms and conditions, which are hidden clauses used to justify non-payment to its users.
It's not just one review, it's a history of systematic public risk.
Have a great day.

@Zeiser Hello!
We represent only Xbagh Casino. Bagh Live is not our project, so any negative feedback regarding that casino does not apply to us.
Our Trustpilot account indeed has only one positive review. However, our Casino Guru account has 10 positive reviews and one dispute involving 20,000 Taka—which we are currently resolving—so we can state with certainty that the situation involving 93,000 Taka does not concern us. Furthermore, we do not have an account on the AskGamblers forum, nor are there any discussions about us there.
Sincerely,
Xbagh.
@XbaghCasino
Hello again, but seriously, is your response to try to justify your reputation by reducing or minimizing the amount of the dispute on Casino Guru?
It's a cheating game and a huge red flag for the Chipy community.
For a player, the seriousness lies not in whether they kept 20,000 or 93,000 Takas "BDT", the real seriousness is that you yourselves have just publicly admitted that you have an open economic dispute for withholding funds.
Playing with the numbers to try to mitigate the impact does not change the operational fact that users' money is frozen on their platform.
It is no coincidence that the Expert Security Index rates Xbagh as below average with a score of 6.4.
Oh yeah, it's true they have 10 positive reviews where all 10 mention the profit they withdrew, a very common pattern in reviews. 🙄
That technical rating is given precisely because its Terms and Conditions contain predatory clauses designed to justify non-payment and the cancellation of balances.
Disassociating themselves from satellite brands or arguing about the size of the debt does not erase the facts: they operate under an offshore license from Anjouan that offers no legal protection and have active complaints for money.
My stance on Chipy remains firm; Xbagh Casino represents a high risk to any player's real money.
The prevention has been done."

@Zeiser Hello!
We have already informed you about the 20,000 BDT case, which we are investigating, as you previously wrote about a nonexistent situation involving 93,000 BDT, which constitutes defamation. We do not manage funds, and you are unaware of the nature of the 20,000 BDT situation, so you cannot judge it, as you are not involved. We are in constant contact with the affected client, and our specialists are working to verify their account. The client has no negative comments about us and is patiently awaiting a resolution.
Withdrawals on our website work correctly and funds arrive on time.
We also want to reiterate that we do not have subsidiary brands; these are just your speculations that have nothing to do with us.
We have an Anjouan license and all documentation is available on the website.
We understand your position.
@XbaghCasino Hello again Xbagh!!
Well, I appreciate the clarification regarding the 20,000 BDT case, which publicly confirms what has been pointed out: that there is indeed an active withholding of funds on their platform under the eternal excuse of 'verification'.
But to interpret that a customer whose money is frozen 'waits calmly' is to underestimate the intelligence of the community; users do not wait calmly when a site withholds their capital.
On the other hand, his attempt to intimidate me by accusing me of 'defamation' only demonstrates his desperation to silence criticism; in forums of free opinion, empty threats do not work.
It is important that other users read your response so they can see your modus operandi: blaming the messenger, using confusing technical terms, and employing attrition tactics to avoid releasing legitimate payments.
If they are so bothered by these situations being exposed in public, the solution is very simple: pay the user what they are owed and that's it.
Regarding their 'Anjouan license', any player with basic knowledge of that regulation knows that it is one of the most lax, cheap and easy to obtain regulations on the market, which offers no real protection to the user in case of disputes.
Informing players about the risks of operating on sites that do not have high-profile international licenses such as "MGA" or "UKGC" is not defamation, it is transparency.
The community has every right to know the actual regulatory status of a casino before making a deposit, or else please explain to me, what is the purpose of player community forums?
Finally, it is extremely ironic and contradictory that they close their message by saying that 'they understand my position', when above they accuse me of defamation and try to intimidate me by invalidating my opinion, arguing that I should not get involved.
That false condescension only confirms that they have no real answers for the community.
Have a great day.

@Zeiser Hello!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have clearly explained all the details above.
Sincerely,
Xbagh's team.

•"I will answer you in English and Spanish so that my comment leaves no room for ambiguity.•
Hello Xbagh representative!!
Come on, that was not an explanation, it was a forced confession, and as such, it is completely worthless.
Now, let me address something that technically does not add up in your 'genuine' defense of 'Xbagh has no subsidiary brands.'
Let’s assume that is true for a moment.
Just assume. If that were the case, then you are technically lying about the Anjouan license registration number:
>>>ALSI-202602050-FI2<<<
That you are so proud to mention. Because that license is not exclusive to you, as you yourself admitted in one of your responses.
Public corporate records show that your exact license is shared as a network with "Kheli Bet" and "Calitoro Bet"?.
Under gambling regulations, two or three independent casinos cannot randomly share the exact same license identity unless they belong to the same corporate network and ownership.
So, my 'respectful' representative, are you confusing the facts in bad faith, or are you just deflecting out of sheer convenience?
I certainly hope you reply with the exact same 'ingenuity' you expect all players to have while you hold their funds for nearly two months, yet expect the user not to have any negative comments about that action.
@XbaghCasino
Hello Xbagh representative!!
What do you mean? That wasn't an explanation, it was a forced confession, and therefore, it's worth absolutely nothing.
Now, let me mention something that technically doesn't fit into their 'genuine' defense of 'Xbagh has no subsidiary brands'.
Let's suppose that's true for a moment, just suppose, if that were the case, then... technically I would be lying about the Anjouan License with registration number:
>>>> ALSI-202602050-FI2 <<<<
which he is so proud to mention, because that license is not exclusive to you, as you yourself admitted in one of your answers.
Public corporate records show that its exact license is shared as a network with "Kheli Bet" and "Calitoro Bet".
Under gaming regulations, two or three independent casinos cannot randomly share the same license identity unless they belong to the same corporate ownership and network.
So, my 'respectable' representative:
Is he being confused in bad faith or is he simply changing the subject for his own convenience?
I hope he responds with the same 'naiveté' that he expects all players to have while holding their funds for almost 2 months and believes that the user would not have any negative comments about that action.

@Zeiser
Hello!
We have already stated our side of the story above. We have no further information to provide.
The case on Casino Guru will be closed shortly; we had been waiting for a response from the payment provider regarding a withdrawal that had already been processed, in order to assist our client. The client is fine, and we are in constant contact with them to keep them updated on the investigation's progress and reassure them.
Could you please clarify if you have encountered a specific issue on our site that prompted you to leave negative comments? If so, please provide your player account ID so that we can assist you as well. We are always available to help you as quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
Xbagh's team.
