Orbit Spins Casino Review

Upon signing up, I redeemed OrbitSpins' NDB which, if you're able to complete the wagering requirement, allows you to cash out a maximum of $50 for free.

Spoiler: you're not getting that $50.

I completed all of the requirements for redemption and made sure not to play any of the restricted games listed in the coupon terms. I then submitted the account verification request through the cashier.

What followed was a series of increasingly ridiculous obstacles:

September 16, 2026 — Banking Department:
Requested a photo of my ID, a short video of me holding the ID, and additional account information (casino name, date, username, and email address).

I provided everything requested and emailed the materials to both the Banking and Documents departments as instructed.

September 16, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our system cannot run verification for accounts with balances lower than the required minimum."

To comply with their T&Cs, I deposited $10 worth of LTC, which is currently sitting as a pending deposit until my $50 balance can be withdrawn.

This $10 minimum deposit requirement as part of verification is fairly common among social casinos, and I've never had an issue with it elsewhere.

September 17, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our server is unable to process attachments exceeding 20MB."

No problem. I resubmitted the verification video in a format and file size that complied with their requirements.

September 21, 2026 — Banking Department:
"Our system detected your video as generated by artificial intelligence. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept it for the verification purposes. Based on that, your account has been deactivated and your winnings have been removed until verification is done."

This is where things went completely off the rails.

The video was not AI-generated. It was a genuine recording of me holding my government-issued ID and account details, exactly as they requested.

Despite this, OrbitSpins accused the video of being AI-generated, deactivated my account, and removed my winnings. They also provided no meaningful instructions for how I am supposed to resolve the issue or complete verification after making this accusation.

At this point, I've complied with every requirement they've given me, including providing identification, submitting the requested video, correcting the file-size issue, and even making the additional $10 deposit they required.

Yet somehow, after all of that, I'm left with a deactivated account and $50 in winnings that they refuse to pay out based on an accusation that is simply false.

I've dealt with plenty of social casinos, including ones that have strict KYC procedures and additional verification requirements. I have no problem complying with reasonable verification requests. What I do have a problem with is being asked to repeatedly jump through hoops, doing everything requested, and then having my account shut down because their system incorrectly decided that my legitimate verification video was AI-generated.

If OrbitSpins has legitimate concerns about my verification, tell me what I need to do to resolve them. Instead, they've provided no path forward and have simply withheld my winnings.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OrbitSpins. If you're considering using their NDB, be aware that meeting the stated requirements may not necessarily mean you'll actually be allowed to withdraw your winnings.

I played my signup bonus and played through the wagering requirements. The max cashout is $50. I played it down to $52 to try with withdrawal but they keep refusing to finish verifying documents and no one will confirm documents are received. They basically play games to avoid paying you if you win. 

This place is a joke, I won $50 with their sign on bonus and after waiting a week to be verified I tried to withdraw and they said I played games that violated the bonus and my winning had been voided. I had no idea there were games that weren’t supposed to be played and if they were restricted why was I allowed to play them? They obviously just don’t want to pay out because I won from a bonus. Don’t go here. Literally throw your money away instead. 

Orbit spins is a legitimate casino that will pay you out. They recently added fast withdrawals which no joke will be processed within 10 minutes. I've had my payouts arrive to my wallet within a half hour or less every time. As far as the gameplay goes it's the same as the newest addition to the casinos with ultra fast withdrawals which is Betty wins. Or if it's been said some issues at first with their platform but they have returned full force with the same platform as these casinos and is affiliated with these casinos. I signed up and played their generous NO DEPOSIT BONUS which was great at $175 and low playthrough. Well, I found out why...because ur never gonna ever be able to cash it out anyway. The scam is this-When you complete playthrough, you get a message in screen that playthrough is over and they are deducting anything over the $50 ur "allowed" to withdraw. So they took like $400+ outta my account. Only thing is, it didn't land me back at $50. Instead it will land you at

like $49.12 and they will try to say you did another spin after the message but the thing is, I'm very experienced and know I didn't do any spins after the message and in fact my game history showed my last 2 spins before the playthrough message were 2 seconds apart, so how could I haven got the message, then spun again after the message in under 2 seconds which my play history reflects. I also make it a point to record all my sessions for reasons just like this. So I twice went to support and told my story of what happened and both times was called a liar and one said I did one spin and the other said I did two but neither was even possible. They didn't wanna see my recorded footage and here's the real kicker, unless you are on exactly $50, you CANNOT withdraw from this no deposit scam bonus. And ur never gonna be at EXACTLY $50 because when they take all the money outta ur account when you reach playthrough, they don't reset ur account at $50 like any fair casino would. So I had no choice but to go back and try to get it back to $50 after being called a liar twice despite my evidence and do you think I ever made it back to $50??? I've only ever had a verification process take more than 24 hrs at the sites that all look just like this one with the exact same games just different colors. 7 days after I uploaded my KYC documents that they requested. Yet I'm still waiting to be verified!! I suggest that those who can't stop themselves, stay tf away from the casino. This casino refuses to offer any welcome bonus for new players from Portugal, support answered that our country is excluded. But after a deposit we could get free spins... funny argument. Surprisingly, after have read all terms and conditions, Portugal is not mentioned in any exclusion. My conclusion is this casino is basically a deposit hunter and not reliable at all.
