@spinzer69  thx for your reply. It's not specifically due to a casino is licensed or not but the fact is that if you encounter problems. Trying to resolve these issues is not easy  because it's not regulated by  authority which means operating systems can be adjusted or changed according the casinos needs as it would be regulated or bound to rules of there license. The one they have now is "Costa Rica doesn’t have official licensing authority

Just always be careful playing here and by shure to read yhe Casino T&C  because many small print or clausules.
