I used the first deposit bonus, and after hours of playing, I finally reached my play through and tried to withdraw over $900. I was prompted to do the KYC, which I did. I was allowed to request the withdrawal but was told it would be 10 plus days before I'd see the money in my account. I've reached out via email 4 times now just to get a generic auto response. As of now, I do not recommend playing here. Poor communication and withdrawal times are more than misleading.
