In the crypto world, there is something called double-spend transactions, where one can attempt to manipulate the system by making a false deposit attempt. During this period, the transaction may appear on the blockchain and in the recipient's wallet, but after some time, when the transaction receives full confirmation, the blockchain recognizes that there are no funds on that crypto address, and the transaction gets canceled.

In your case, the deposit was credited to your account before full confirmation was received from the blockchain, and you played with those funds, making winnings. After you made the winnings, you decided to send a real deposit to the same crypto address to cover the first false attempt. According to the Casino rules, deposits must be legitimate for you to play at the Casino.

Upon checking your account, we found that you had 10 accounts. We left one active and deactivated the other 9 multiple accounts (a year ago). Unfortunately, if you create multiple accounts and wish to withdraw from the free promotion but have never made any deposit on any account, the winnings will be removed and all multiple accounts except one will be closed.
