Africasino is one of the first casinos I frequented, but I didn't stay a regular for long. I still say hi now and again, even if its to feel nostalgic.What is good about them:- They offer decent and reasonable bonus packages ( although annoying when you realise that fraction of their games can only be played while you on an active bonus )- Their online chat support is generally friendly and accommodating. - Their transaction speed is good, and the allocation of bonuses is quick. Why I don't go there that much anymore:- Many of their bonuses are only claim-able via chat and guess what? They not online from 12-6 am. If you make a mistake, you have to wait until they come back or sacrifice your play.- You are not able to see your wagering without chatting to them. If you do talk to them, you must believe what they tell you as there is no transparency on the different wagering % that applies to the games within the bonus section. - We all understand why a person can't use bonus play on games such as DOA2, 1429, 'buildup bonus-based, i.e. Pinocchio ' and progressive jackpots. What I don't understand is that I cannot play 3/4 of all their games if in bonus play. It's like putting a homemade chocolate cheesecake in front me, entice me with a bigger spoon, I take the spoon, then get told I can only have soup. - the platform interface is becoming outdated, or perhaps I see better ones lately. - a personal irritation so maybe this is fine with many, but their FS bonuses that are worth 0.01ZAR per line bet is ridiculous. They are as crooked as i have never seen before. I signed up and a operater of felix after I had suppose to received a R350 no deposit code also did the same as some of the other reviews told me the following: "According to our data base you've got more than one account with us and are not eligible for free bonus, but I still want you to enjoy our casino so I would like to offer you 300% bonus on your first deposit" I then asked him why, and he ended up blaming it on the system and kept telling me that i should email them. I think Africasino is a pretty good casino. Support correspondence was good. However, it takes a long time to process the document review is a negative point. Also, although the withdrawal limit of the no deposit bonus is R1000, I did not like too much that I needed a deposit of R500 to pull it out. However, it is not a bad casino because it is processed in one to two business days when the withdrawal time etc. are comprehensively viewed.
