I played there for at least 1.5 years, never had such a problem.Just deposited 25€ with the 50% bonus activated, it wasn't granted.Live chat told me they give it to another departement, but they neither knew if, nor when the bonus would be granted and i cant play with my deposit until this was answered by that other department.A refund of my deposit without wagering it was declined, even though i wouldnt even have made that deposit knowing that i dont get the bonus.Watch out guys...for me, that was my last visit there.
