Hey hey everyone, I've been dealing with vip agents this week over a cashout approved on Feb 3rd. On the 3rd they let you know it will be 7-10 business days. I'm only 2 or 3 days past that and service said they would escalate in next 72 hours. Usually when this happens you get you money in that 72 hour window. I've had zero issues out of the inclave group so I'm not stressing it yet. I'll post the deposit when goes thru hopefully tomorrow!

Alright folks please believe these words because I play sunrise slots, lucky legends, cool cat ,Captain jack, palace of chance and wild vegas. I've received cashouts from each site this year from my vip chips to my deposits with promo money attached. There is nothing fast about cashouts from any of these sites. After you get verified usually a week. Don't use phone for ID it takes a lot of mbs and hard for some to get to format if needed. When I was a level one vip it was 30-35 days from day I requested it. It will sit in processing where you can reverse it for 14 days usually then another 10-14 business days to process. Now that Im a vip 2 I get cashouts in 18-22 days. Feels a lot faster after waiting 35 days. Now today is the last business day they promised to send and I've not received yet. If payment comes anytime tomorrow I'll change from 3 star to 5 star. Be patient and don't play games that are not part of the promo. Check the rules, majority of complaints are people that didn't read fine print.

They gave me excuse after excuse it's going to be 5 to 7 days over and over and over again and now it's the last day after waiting almost a month and passing all different levels of verification and on the last day when they are having to pay based on their long time frames they tell me I have multiple accounts which is not even possible. The person who told me I had 2 accounts was wrong! The other account was with Cool Cat Casino, so if this problem happens with you, do not stop asking them to check into the supposed 2nd account because they are obviously affiliated with other casinos or something. If u KNOW u don't have 2 accounts keep hounding them, ask them if it happens to be a different casino the account is with. I am very grateful to the rep that knows his job and helped me...the other rep got a little rude with me even and I do NOT like to be disrespected, nobody does.

If I could rate this NEGATIVE 10 stars I would absolutely do so! I am being lied to and stolen from.. they won't allow me to withdraw my winnings saying that I have 2 accounts but they cant tell me any information pertaining to this 2nd account. AND they wont give me back the deposit they made me do in order to verify my litecoin wallet bcuz they say my ID has to be verified first but they just keep telling me that my pictures are too blurry to verify!!! The pics are VERY VERY CLEAR, its just a scam
