Blacklisted for no reason
I was playing through my wager and was booted from the site. No explaination, no reason. For some strange reason, Australian casinos will not allow me to join for 'security'. I have done nothing to deserve this treatment so I'm assuming it's a misunderstanding or mix up, but they refuse to tell me the reason ! No information, just stonewalled. Wth
@Jodafun that's confusing because, even on this site, there are many people who say 'us accepted'. Also, I was able to register fine and the reason given for locking my account was that I 'didn't pass a security check. Which is fine if there's a problem I didn't know about that makes you think I'm a security risk, but not telling me what it is so that it can be resolved is not ok.
