One of the worst online casino experiences I've had so far was with Viking Luck.
Never had that many issues somewhere else, and now it even feels like they try to play me dumb.
At the beginning, everything was working as it should, but when I should've gotten my cashback bonus, the Shitshow started to unfold:
1) didn't get cashback, customer support telling me I didn't deposit enough I don't think so tbh ;) )
2) They sent me a promomail, telling me if I answered the email as they told me I would get a 50€ Bonus, so of course I did just to get...oh surprise... nothing
So I contacted live support, and all they could do after letting me wait for several minutes each time was that they informed the department that's in charge and that they would reach out for me soon, which... of course, they didn't.
I repeated that process several times until I gave up because live support can't do anything anyway, and I also had an email written, so I was hoping to get an answer there.
When the time period for the offer was over, they finally contacted me by mail, telling me that the time period was over and the offer would no longer exist, and should go and take ke look at their promotional page for new offerings.... WAIT WHAT?
Yup, that was the moment when I got really pissed because at that point, that whole thing was just fraud to me.
I wrote more emails asking for reasons why they did this, just to get more answers like in the first one ("blabla period over blabla take look at our promopage,") so instead of solving the issue, they just recommend me to take even more money and just give it to them....

Despite the fact that it seems like my luck has left me anyway because my money just got swallowed again and again without any cashback in sight and some frustrating encounters with24/7 Customer support (ye you can write them 24/7 but actually those supporttheers cant do anything for you in most of the cases or tell you to write a mail so better take your time with that
