I deposited around €1,300 and managed to win €9,300. I completed all verification steps and everything was approved. However, when I tried to make a withdrawal, it became a nightmare.
Initially, my withdrawal was pending for 48 hours. Then I received an email claiming there was an issue with their payment provider and that I needed to try a different method. This reset my waiting time, and I had to start the pending process all over again. When I contacted the VIP manager, they told me that the withdrawal department had already gone home.
Their withdrawal policies are extremely restrictive: you can only request €500 per transaction, have a maximum of two pending requests, and cannot make a new request until the pending ones are processed.
