So i played the bonus free spins for registration, after the spins were completed I got $3.30 and I kept spinning and hit $29 and then another $6 and it kicked me out of the game and reversed the balance to $3!!! Then It said that game is was playing is no longer available, tried to contact their reps through chat, they completely ignore you! This is a rigged Casino!!! Tried another game, won $1.80 and that game kicked me out and reversed the balance to $2!!! Then said that game is not available either. Follow up to my previous review
The casino didn't fact resolve my issue and restored my balance to the full $700. Customer service was Swift to respond to my follow-up when I reached out again this morning and I couldn't be more happy and satisfied with their service. I'm a little shocked as I did not expect a miracle like this to happen yet it did. I'm so very pleased. Now I'm going to attempt to withdraw my winnings in hopes that the process runs smoothly. 🤗
I found this casino on chippy.com searching USA friendly casinos so it led me here I signed up I deposited and I won $700. I received the email today saying I need to verify and send documentation when I was told by the chat agents that verification and is optional however the security department may reach out if needed. I submitted all my verification that they requested and then they emailed me back and replied telling me that my account is blocked because I am in a territory not allowed which is in the United States therefore I can't play the zeroed out my winnings and blocked me from logging in. Tell me why the this website and a few others list this casino as USA accepted but the customer service people are emailing me telling me I'm in a country that is not allowed. Do not play here If you win big they will probably come back at you saying some kind of rule violation that you did or whatever they want to make make up and they will take your money and block you do not play at this casino.
