I had read a lot of good things about this casino, and was excited. The first thing that struck me was the somewhat angular and old-fashioned website. I had activated a promotional code, and thought I could use it without any more deposits. After a lot of searching around the web to find a solution, the customer service was non-existent.
I was informed that I had duplicate accounts and that the bonus was therefore not applicable. I cannot comprehend and understand that 2 different accounts there. If I had 2 accounts there I would think that one would be banned, but there was no 100% conclusion there either, and there was silence from customer service again.
