Super Slow Withdrawal and Verification Process
Hello everyone,
I registered to SpinBetter on 5th of January 2026.
On 12th of January I have received an email from the security team. They asked to provide my ID and screenshot of payment method. I provided all the information they asked for and they quickly completed the process within 3 minutes. So far everything is great!
Until 2 days ago, I was able to continue with my withdrawals, even though their withdrawal payments methods were always problematic.
On 22nd of January I tried to make a withdrawal and I am asked to send photo of my ID, secondly photo of one of my card, thirdly photo of another card, fourthly photo of me, their email visible on my PC, plus my ID on the same selfie all together, and 5th another selfie of my face with my ID. All of these requests shared with them back to back. Then finally they said that my data is under verification.
Since then, it has been 48 hours and there is still no any updates or information from their side. Only information I have is that ''all requests are processed in turn''.
Everything is great for them when you are making deposits in big amounts, but as soon as you get lucky and you make some profits your account is under verification process, which stops you from making withdrawals.
I totally understand the necessity of Verification process, but what I dont understand is not clarifty and taking the process is so long.
To make a fair review they have a clear website, with good selection of games plus sportsbetting options if you are into. But according to my personal experience they are not happy with players when they win some money. Hopefully they will solve this urgently so that I can also happily change my review score for them
