Stay away if you don't wanna be out your deposits. Been trying for a week now to withdraw my balance and all I've been getting is the run around. I've done what they've asked and sent in all documents which have been approved for a week now. And everytime I speak to someone it's 'I've escalated this' and 'please allow 24-48 hours'. I've asked multiple times to speak to a manager or someone higher up and been advised that managers don't deal with customers. The issue I'm having is a glitch on the sites end and they don't seem to wanna fix it. Get my deposit then keep the money.
