All this to tell me they now, can't find the transaction, which they could before this 72 hours.
They told me that they never got any money. Which clearly the pdf shows that they did.
Called my bank, my bank did release the money and they told me to give them the original transaction id.
If they don't pay, the bank advise me to police report and card reclaim, and there I am now.
And just look at one picture, they just close and ignore me after they escaladed the ticket.
