Guys I want out you through the nightmare thread of endless emails. Short of it is I took the 200% welcome bonus , started playing noticed after a few hundred spins that no wagering was occurring made an enquiry through chat , was told I'll receive an email explaining it , odd already. A few days later I followed up as no email and by now I had run my 400 USD deposit up to 4.8K , my wagering still said 0.00%. Was told that I must deplite my real funds before I can start wagering as I am still not using my bonus funds , so basically I MUST lose my real balance to be able play the bonus balance , so I asked them if I cancel my bonus as I haven't used it and they says yes the bonus isn't sticky . So I did, after days of technical errors when it came to withdrawing I received an email saying my balance has been adjusted and they can cash me out. Seems they have a maximum 2 x your deposit withdrawal policy. Absolute joke and scam , 2 x your deposit maximum win at a casino ?!?!? I think whoever is posting on this site voting these guys up have invested interests , you have been warned , Thales are unethical in every way
