I was instructed by the staff to send my bank statements to finalise withdraw, upon completing this i was instructed to cancel my withdraw and resubmit.. this cause my winnings to be void, i lost $850 as a result of following instruction. My total winnings was $1150, they then mislead me to 'mix funds' by telling me to cancel my $950 withdraw which then combined with the $200 withdraw that was rejected and to resubmit withdraw. This resulted in Manager Withdraw approval which lead to $850 being erased but $300 given back. It doesnt make sense, i won fair and square and i was robbed.
