I've deposited here quite a few times, and almost every time the bonus system has failed to work properly. Whenever I've contacted support about it, I've been met with some of the most unhelpful responses imaginable. Instead of actually investigating the issue or providing a clear solution, they tend to give generic copy-and-paste answers that don't resolve anything.
To be fair, I have never had problems getting paid, so I can at least say that withdrawals have been honoured and I don't consider them a scam. If your only concern is whether they'll pay out, then they're trustworthy in that regard.
That said, the overall experience isn't worth the hassle in my opinion. Constant bonus issues combined with poor customer support make it frustrating to play here. There are plenty of other operators that value their customers more.
