Make sure you enter correct details right from the start and don't end up in my situation. So... I registered here previously - obviously, and I didn't remember that as I don't have access to email account I registered with, which was my email address for nearly 18yrs by the way. Anyway I just registered under my new email address and verification link was sent etc, however upon being redirected back to casino, I received a message that said account has been closed due to self exclusion? Huh?!
