I am not happy to write this, but people need to know the truth.
I'm not saying this out of anger or frustration, even though I'm reliving this nightmare from the same place. I'm supposedly in the final stages of trying to withdraw funds—yes, I said trying. My account has been verified before, and I've been playing for over a year. Even though I've only withdrawn a few times, every winning takes at least 7 to 10 full days to arrive. I swear! I'm currently waiting for a payment from June 20th, and today is July 4th, and I've just been told it won't be sent until next week... unbelievable! How? Why? The information they're asking for is the same card I've been using here for months, and photos of the card were sent in the first email weeks ago. Imagine... in the last email, they asked for a photo, and in this email, they're asking for a photo of the card. Why don't they look at the photos I sent initially, which are multiple photos of me holding the card, plus other photos of the card itself? I'm just in the photo without the card, and then a few days later they're asking for the card only, not me, but certainly not for us to be in the same photo together. Constant rejections. I have to wait 3 to 5 days for my application to be rejected. It's incredibly frustrating to win because now you're being suffocated by a ridiculous rejection, hoping you'll give up. I've been rejected five times for no reason in this draw. It's money I'm owed, and they know it, so you have to wait. Then, just when you think you're going to receive the money, they reject it and tell you to reapply, starting the count all over again. This will continue for almost a month. It's awful.
