This is frustrating and disgusting, I understand that all the positive reviews must be due to artificial intelligence or bots.
I have been trying to close my account via chat for six months, where they tell me to write to support@lovecasino.com... there are already 67 emails sent in 6 months... where I have only received one response telling me to write to lana@lovecasinosupport.com... well, 15 more emails sent here obviously without a response... then they sent me another email to henry@lovecasinosupport.com, where I have sent another 15 emails also without a response.
The chat agents just repeatedly reply:
"I'm sorry, but I'm not authorized to close your account; only lana@lovecasinosupport.com can do so. I'll send you a reminder to expedite the completion of your request."
Does anyone know what can be done against such a group of scammers??? I have screenshots of all the chats, copies of all the emails, etc. A complaint for malfeasance and fraud is going to be filed against 5 operators (for now) and the casino, but my account is still not closed and I continue to put up with how they laugh at me in the chat every time I enter and then cut off the conversation.
