2. It is not part of our procedures to cancel a withdrawal due to a pending method verification on the same day of the request.
3. Based on the data, it is safe to conclude that the player deliberately canceled her own payout and chose to continue playing. This is evident from her very first withdrawal request of €2000.00 on 26 January, which was canceled on the same day, followed by a new payout request for €1,700.00. This clearly shows that the decision to cancel and continue playing was made by the player herself.
The truth is that, unfortunately, the player chose to continue playing before the verification process was completed, and in doing so, her winnings were gradually played down. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we genuinely empathize with her.
