The whole website glitches, uploading documents was hassle as well but the last straw was when after hours of playing with bonus, there was zero wagering progress!! Seriously??! An utter disaster! Not a casino I will trust, never again! Asked the chat to delete my account and he just tried stalling, asking me to state reasons first. Excuse me?? You have been dealing with me the whole time as I was forced to chat with you several times due to constant issues and I even just told you that there is no wager progress at all showing and you still have the audacity to ask me to state my reasons?? Unbeleavable....Closed the chat and wrote to their support. Will they not respect my request to delete the account, I will escalate complaints to third parties!

STAY AWAY!! Worst service ever!
I've deposited approximately $1,300 with this Casino over the course of about 6 days of playing. During this time I was awarded two bonuses and I had to argue for with them for hours before they gave me the second. A day or so later, their staff told me there was a weekly cashback bonus coming up, so I made additional deposits since I would be able to recoup a percentage of i ended up losing. Well, the employee was wrong, or lying in my opinion! The casino staff was informed and they admitted that their employee made a mistake and that they were really sorry. However, they would do nothing to compensate for it. Please see attached images and emails. BTW, I didn't know about the bonus prior to my deposits
