Since September 17th, I've been dealing with customer service. I won €1200 and am trying to withdraw it. Every time, I'm kept waiting for five days because nothing can be done before then. After those five days, the process is canceled due to technical errors, the amount is credited back to my gaming balance, and then the whole thing starts again. Today is October 14th, and I'm still going through the same thing. It always starts over. I find it very unprofessional and wouldn't invest anything if I were you.
