My withdrawal request is still pending. Every time I try to withdraw my money, they come up with a different excuse: technical issues, system updates, or being too busy. So I wagered a no deposit bonus on the free spins/free chips they give you every so often and turned it over surprisingly one day. I've turned over bonuses more than once but I decided to try cash out the max withdrawal and low and behold KYC verification comes AFTER A YOU TRY MAKING A WITHDRAWL. so as I normally would I send in my documents.
