So I wagered a no deposit bonus on the free spins/free chips they give you every so often and turned it over surprisingly one day. I've turned over bonuses more than once but I decided to try cash out the max withdrawal and low and behold KYC verification comes AFTER A YOU TRY MAKING A WITHDRAWL. so as I normally would I send in my documents. This was on the 28th of NOVEMBER. heard nothing back from them what's so ever so try the chat it doesn't work at all then I leave three emails or so and they don't reply. Finally after mention a verification issues in the live chat I finally get a ticket for my support thing and I honestly am done with this site if I can't get past THE KYC because it's never taken me more than an entire month to try verify my KYC on a casino site like this before and I've already used one of their sister sites too so I feel ripped tf off.
