Although the site is fun to play on their payout system is not for the customer at all. This is the second time that I've won the first time took almost over a month maybe two months to pay me out. I would think that the second time winning would be smoother but it's the same saying with the operator telling me my payment is in a flush state and as soon as that is over with it'll be put in my nominated bank account which takes forever the same story for months. this is by far the worst experience I've had. I cashed out for $2,000 over a month ago and have been getting the runaround about backlog payments and my status being flushed. it's always the same story different agent I can never get a hold of the finance department to see about when I should be expecting to get paid I'm very doubtful on any payout at all right now. I deposited real money and spent probably over that amount waiting on this money. I really did like the platform in the games was enjoyable it was actually my favorite casino to play on but with this withdrawal process I haven't deposited any more money and I'm still waiting on my withdrawal to be paid.
