They Cancel Bets after the settlement of the match
Hello everyone,
I’m posting this to share a serious issue I’ve had with 1Win regarding selective cancellation of winning bets after the matches had already finished.
On 3 November 2025, I placed two bets at the same time and on the same market (1st Half) of the NBA game Portland Trail Blazers vs Los Angeles Lakers:
Bet ID 171783332 – 1st Half Total Under 118.5 at odds 2.18 → Refunded after the match ended, even though it was clearly winning.
Bet ID 171783492 – 1st Half Handicap Portland Trail Blazers –1.5 at odds 1.85 → Lost and settled normally.
Both bets were made within one minute of each other on the same event, yet only the winning one was voided — after the result was already known — while the losing one was allowed to stand.
This is not the first time this has happened on my account. A similar incident occurred previously with another winning bet that was also cancelled post-match. Such selective treatment completely undermines trust in the fairness of the platform.
I contacted support and was told the refund was due to a “technical issue” under their rule 1.14, but I was given no explanation or proof of what that issue was. If it was a genuine system error, both bets should have been treated the same way — not only the winning one voided.
I have attached screenshots showing the timestamps and details of both bets as evidence. I’ve already escalated this to their security department and VIP manager but received no satisfactory resolution.
This kind of action — cancelling a winning bet after the event has finished — is unacceptable and should be publicly noted for transparency.
