After purchasing free spins with Chipy coins and could not redeem them can it be undone?

Unfortunately, I don't think anything can be done about that at this stage. It is up to the person claiming to check, double-check that everything is ok before claiming. I too had this happen when I first used CHIPY coins to purchase.

I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to redeem the bonus, but unfortunately, the coins cannot be refunded as the code was already provided to you.

Please note that all of our shop bonuses have clear requirements on how they can be redeemed, so we advise you to double-check every time before purchasing one.

Additionally, I’d like to explain how the bonuses work in our Shop.

When you buy one, there’s one of two outcomes:

1. You buy it and then receive a code to redeem by yourself at the casino.
2. You are asked to provide your casino username, and then have to wait for the bonus to be approved and activated directly on your casino account. This type of bonus is approved or denied on your account by a casino representative.

For the first type, you cannot be refunded in any scenario as per our policy.

For the second type, there will be a small waiting period because the casino representative has to check that your casino account fits the requirements for the bonus. If it fits, you’ll get the bonus, if it doesn’t, the purchase will be denied and the coins will return to your balance.

I emailed support and they told me it's up to the casino you purchased from whether they can cancel or not, in my case they did cancel it and refunded my coins, definitely contact support about it
