how to play 3 card poker at the casino?

texas hold'em is my favorite but is getting kinda boring and I am looking for something new.

Players win with any pair or better or lose the bet if dealt a High Card hand. The dealer's hand does not affect the outcome of Pair Plus hands. You don't have to beat the dealer. Winners are paid according to a paytable posted on the table or online on the screen.
