Most certainly, first study the particular rules and requirements of the individual casino/platform to make sure you have a legitimate cause for dusputing.

If so, present your case to the casino/platform support/management with evidence to back your claim.

If that has been exhausted and still no resolve, report the issue straight to the gaming commission, and do not post any type of information pinpointing the dispute and facility on any form of social network, else the commission will most likely refuse to intervene.

I couldn't see why you can't it's you've done everything right and met their terms and conditions then you should have a rewrite to add to it depending on what your argument is I guess

Technically yes you can but unfortunately in my experiences it doesn't ever work out in your favor! You can dispute it to the casino your playing ons management team and provide proof of what your disputing but I would go to the rules and regulations first and double check them to make sure you are correct because one casino might do something one way and another one might have different rules. Also you can make a claim with the gaming commission of the country that the casino is licensed and operates in!
