Hello, I recently won at the Milky Way Casino and attempted to withdraw my winnings. However, the withdrawal was canceled, and the casino removed my winnings, leaving only my deposit amount. Has anyone else experienced something similar with this casino?
Level 6United StatesYes I have seen that happen at numerous different casinos, I'm guessing you were playing with a bonus? If that was the case then join the club because the rules are tedious, complex and in the fine print, you can easily violate bonus rules and not even know it. if you weren't playing with a bonus and they took your winnings, I would say either shady casino or there's something else you're unaware of. I hope this gives you some kind of answer lol
