In roulette, what's a betting strategy you use when low on funds?

Trying to turn $0.40 into $40.00, any advice?

Thanks!

My favorite roulette system is the D’Alembert system.

Example in Practice:

Start with $0.40 → bet $0.05 on red (even-money).

If you win: go down to $0.04.

If you lose: go up to $0.06.

Rinse and repeat until you’ve either banked a small win or hit your loss limit.

This method helps your funds last longer, limits volatility, and keeps things manageable. You're not shooting for huge wins in one spin—instead, you're aiming for steady, survivable play.

You start with the smallest stake, e.g. 1, and multiply the stake by two to the potential amount, and after hitting the jackpot you start again with a stake of 1, 2, 4, 8, you win, and you start again with 1. The initial stake should be at least 15 times smaller than your budget.

I pick black, and sometimes add inner green since it can offer a higher payout, and the odds aren't too bad. Choosing odd or even can also improve the outcome. It's better to lower your bet if you're using all three options or a similar combination. Adding a specific number can help; some numbers hit more frequently, though this may vary depending on the platform you're playing on.

bet 0.2 on nr. 0 26 32 , double your bet every 30 bets

the best “strategy” is actually to minimize risk and stretch play time, since roulette is a negative-expectation game and no system can guarantee profit. That said, many players use low-risk, low-stake approaches to manage their bankroll
