Q: For how long has 1xSlots Casino been around? How did this online gambling journey start?
In the middle of the hot summer of 2017, we decided to start our journey in the amazing gambling world by buying our platform from a well-known bookmaker. That pretty much sums it. ;)
Q: What inspired the name of the casino and the branding? Is there an interesting story behind it?
When we were in the process of choosing a name for our brand, we wished for something simple and creative. Since we have more than 9000 different slots on our site, we decided to emphasize this in our name. So, 1xSlots happened!
We also wanted to hype up a little bit the name of the platform creators. Initially, we had a pretty bad taste in our logo image, but after a while, we realized that we were much better than we initially thought and our brand performance was excellent.
Q: Do you face any challenges in trying to deliver a top-notch gambling experience to your players?
Undoubtedly, behind any success, there is a difficult and thorny path. We have taken a long time to provide first-class services to our users. We still face obstacles every day, but we also successfully overcome them. That’s our industry: being always competitive and facing challenges constantly. We are very excited about our products and we work on improvements on a daily basis.
Q: You are one of the best online casino crews on the market, how do you manage to stay on top and maintain a favorable reputation?
Our policy is to be loyal to our customers. We always meet the players’ needs and have constructive dialogues even when some of them are displeased. We want to build fruitful partnerships with our clients, based on mutual trust and respect.
We are in fact very close with some of our most loyal players: they are like a second family to us. All the problems are always solved quickly and efficiently – perhaps this is our secret ingredient for success.
Q: What makes you stand out from your competition? What advantages do you offer as opposed to other competitors?
In addition to the things that were said above, we have a very flexible and user-friendly bonus system: we don’t hide any information or use aggressive tactics to advertise our brand.
I genuinely think that our bonus terms are one of the best ones on the market. That's why a huge number of players prefer to stick with us.
Q: From a successful brand’s perspective, which do you think it’s more beneficial? Constantly reinventing yourself or staying traditional?
I think a balanced ratio is very important here. Chasing new products without improving yourself - it makes no sense. Of course, it’s always beneficial to try new things, but as practice shows, there are still a lot of conservative players around, who just want to play “books”, “fruits” and “gems”.
They don’t care about new features, they just come here to have fun. That's why all the changes we make are done to simplify their lives. We don’t want to make changes for the sake of changes.
Q: Personally, do you enjoy gambling? If yes, do you have any favorite games?
Yes, at least because it’s part of our job. ;) As a casino team, we always want to test&taste as many upcoming releases as possible. Regarding personal preferences, I stick with the players’ favorites - I enjoy playing Netent’s Hotline and some of the “book” slots.
Q: How do you get feedback from your customers? Is it through reviews, live chat support, or do you use a different approach?
Although constantly growing, we still want to know everything that our players think about us. That’s why we put all of our social media pages to good use - our customers can reach us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and even TikTok. We read every opinion and discuss the most interesting suggestions within our team.
Q: Do you plan on launching any of the longest established and most famous slot brands? Or do you rather plan on launching smaller and newer brands?
Yes, we do, and we have prepared a couple of big surprises that will be announced soon. ;) Unfortunately, I can’t reveal any details yet since we need to finish the implementation process first.
However, we don’t add new brands without proper justification either, of course, their product should satisfy many criteria. Our managers check them for a valid license, RTP, game workability, and modern visuals.
Q: And lastly, where’s 1xSlots Casino going to be in a couple of years? Do you have any goals you would like to accomplish in the future?
It’s difficult to guess something at the present time. After all, no one knew a year ago that the whole world would stay at home now. :)
Of course, we are working to make us even more global, much stronger, and overall improve ourselves in the next few years. We are not going to stand still and we are going to achieve many goals in the future! Stay tuned!
