I want to close my account. How can I do it?

If you decide to close your Chipy.com account, you can do it by following the steps below:

Step 1 - Navigate to the "Contact Us" Page

To begin terminating your account, click on the menu button located on the top right corner of the display.

This will open a smaller menu, from you will need to press "Contact Us".

Alternatively, you can access the Contact Us menu from the footer.

Step 2 - Send Us an Email

You will be redirected to Chipy.com’s “Contact Us” page.

To close your account, you need to send an email to support@chipy.com requiring your account to be closed. After your request has been reviewed, your account will be blocked

However, you will have the possibility to unblock it anytime, by sending another email with your request.
